That's because Mesa is cheaper labor than Envoy. The day turns go to the lowest bidder. The expensive labor gets the overnights with 30+ hours. AAG has long made that business decision.

I thought AAG would priorities WO pilot QOL for retention purpose, and give the non productive flying to nonWO.
