Also , try interviewing when your 48 yo and have been a captain for 15 years. I'm sure your enthusiasm meter just isn't the same as when you were younger.
I think Spirit has a lot of younger captains in their 30s still and would make sense. Most of the guys leaving F9 are under 3 years and FO's hence the training contract.
Frontier has the highest percentage of its pilots living in one base of all the "majors". The only one of the big 4 you have a shot of getting DEN based within a reasonable amount of time is WN which would entail giving up the left seat of the bus to go sling gear on a 73 for 10+ years. You'll continue to see those hired in the last three years leave, but anyone here before that is likely in it for the long haul.

And for the previous poster, it is a terrible company to work for but I wouldn't go as far to call it a terrible place to work.
