Voting this TA in lets mgt. off the hook for being non compliant with our existing contract. Why even list block hour floors, EASK %'s, or whatever if we are just going to ignore them? If I were mgt. I would look at it this way and take advantage whenever I could.

I don't understand why we have ANY concessions in this environment. JV language just further erodes our top end job numbers and will affect the careers of those here with more time ahead of them than myself.
