I still think that the folks that failed to vote (200 +), call in, or whatever, are going to get what they asked for........ nothing better and maybe worse.
I was for the union for nothing else but protection. To think that ALPA would come in and raise pay, QOL, days off, food in crew rooms, foot rubs, hot FA...well that is unrealistic.

Colgan is Colgan. Those of us who work here know it and most accept it for what it is. If you do not like it you can leave, Saab left and he is happy so it was a good move for him.

If you want Colgan to be like Republic or SkyWest it will never happen ALPA or not. If you want those airlines work rules then work for them.

If you were to compare Regionals to the restaurant industry Colgan is like Denny's, just basic crap. If you work at Denny's you do not expect to get paid like you work at the prime steakhouse down the road, you are Denny's. However being Denny's is better than being McDonalds (Mesa) or a roachcoach (BlowJets)
