Cabin cleaners? They did away with those at United Express while I was there too. Plane was cleaned as a RON and that was it. Crew (inflight mostly) cleaned up.
I wasn't comparing JB to the regionals. I was saying that the legacies have much better pass travel benefits and they even include wholly owned carriers.
I'm all for helping a crew out if it's a quick turn, but this whole mandatory cleaning stuff is ridiculous. Having enough cabin cleaners to make the turn go smoothly and not under blocking flights with a scheduled 30 minute turn in JFK really helps keep the operation on time, but that's asking too much.
