You want the company to keep them honest? GMAFB. As soon as you submit a doctor's note for every hour of sick call that inconvenienced anyone else, you can say it's cool to "check up" on Guard/Reserve guys in the off chance that one of them may be fudging their days. Pathetic. I'd say they're entitled (by Federal law, if not by common sense) to the full benefit of their mil leave. They aren't retired yet, so save your grandstanding for the kids on your front lawn. Thread drift indeed.
