Every employee should feel accountable for Sick List. Call in Sick too many times and you get to produce a note for every time you call in sick. That is irrespective of your background.

If one guy is lying about his days then he gives the entire group a black eye. If you support guys being dishonest about Mil leave then you and I will never agree. I suspect they wouldn't be checking if they hadn't found a few being dishonest.

If you aren't "fudging" your days then you wouldn't have anything to worry about. I get the impression you are arguing that MIL guys are above reproach. Yet we had two in Scotland have issues just recently that made worldwide headlines.
