Send HR a quick message and let them know what happened. I filled out the application and it said that I was good to go and that no further info was needed, however I learned that there was supposed to be a flight time supplemnt. I sent a quick e-mail to HR and they added it to my file and told me to go back and finish the application. See some other threads on this subject in the forums.
