If by dramatic, you mean lower than usual times then yes, people are getting hired. But they're not getting hired simply because of the types of quals you listed. What do you do for the community? Besides flying the plane, what else do you do and I don't mean typical 91/135 duties. What type of leadership functions do you have? List this stuff on the app.
The community "total time" cracks me up. Has nothing to do with flying a plane. I bet most people lie about any sort of involvement. Very hypocritical.
