As far as work rules/soft pay/QOL go, Skywest is above the rest.
In fact not hemming and hawing but responding to a comment saying that the policies put in place are great for pilots well I disagree and have given my reasons. Hem and Haw no, using a message board for ideas thought sharing yes.
As long as I am flying for cheap in a regional then no I wont be relaxed and I like to call out what it is when it is.
