Well both the soft landing or AA's pay bumps were not crafted in a night obviously. From my view company A has a strategy style and company B has another. One will get compensated more and the other less. We should be getting the same as they and people should not be confusing the soft landing as a real benefit. Check my first post as this is the consistent point.
