Well both the soft landing or AA's pay bumps were not crafted in a night obviously. From my view company A has a strategy style and company B has another. One will get compensated more and the other less. We should be getting the same as they and people should not be confusing the soft landing as a real benefit. I think you should walk. Since you think it's so much better at the AA WO you should go there. In a year and a half (sooner?) when Skywest renegotiates it's contract you'll know if you made a good choice.
