why would they give up the cost advantage of paying over half of their pic's 100 dollars less per hour than all of their other competition. the more they grow, the greater the cost advantage. you have 2 choices, accept current contract for several more years or apply elsewhere......sorry to be debbie downer
The process of mediation shouldn't really take "years" at this point. We aren't starting from zero. I mean, who knows how long it's going to take but "years" from now?
