I would like to see the union include in its updates, a Congratulations to pilot's who have moved on to greener pastures. Include the names of pilots who left the previous month, where they went to, and their reason for leaving. Obviously this would require the resigning pilot's consent to participate in sharing this info but I imagine most would.
