I'm late to the whole pay raise discussion. Finished ground recently. Couple of the instructors over the weeks seemed to think the company will have to raise pay to stay competitive soon. Hopefully they're proactive about it rather than reactive. Their still seems to be about 60 a month in class.
My buddy said he lost all his referrals to Envoy after they made their bonus announcement. These are unprecedented times for sure. The new norm will soon become higher first-year pay and retention bonuses.
