Fixing the payroll department and IT department is SO FAR BEYOND my job description. They don't even pay us at an appropriate level to fly airplanes, no less, fix the infrastructure.
The original point I was trying to make is it is in our long term interest to improve our training department. The IT and payroll was a distraction.
Having quality training is a cornerstone to our livelihoods and we should demand it be improved.
It's just as important as LTD or health insurance in the overall picture.
