This is the way I see it, we are NOT voting on PS on this LOA. Period. That decision was made by the company regardless of this vote. We are voting on a few extra premium days and a raise. I have faith in our NC. I believe they will present us with a fair CBA to vote on when the time comes. We can have an entire new thread to talk about it! This 8% will be a thing of the past. I'd say lets take the money and keep negotiating. My YES vote is in.
