Why would the company give you what you deserve? You're doing it for them already!
Rolling thunder and rolling conflict doesn't help them one single iota.
Line holders WS and even GS just to fill up might, but the ones who roll help them out exactly zero, as in fly as much as they would have flown but got paid double to triple.
