Apples and oranges. Jetblue (and virgin for that matter) have a corporate culture in which they CARE about their product and their people, and it shows.

Both those companies pilot groups were able to get gains in pay/work rules without unions for a while. They had a good labor/management relationship. What do you think would happen if we didn't have a union with the folks at indigo who own/"manage" us now? HA HA

Don't get me wrong there are great people at F9-good group of pilots to work with.

The upper management matters in where you choose to work, and the indigo folks have unfortunately shown that they would not **** on us if we were on fire.
