We are home based although many live in Florida and do the VRB,MLB,APF and starting in November SRQ. Branson and RFD routes cease end of October. We are in cass and adding jumpseat agreements, frontier being latest. Charter season coming up and will be busy thru April .
All pilots start as FO and upgrade as needed on a merit basis. I.e. If you have the time but are weak, you won't upgrade. We have bypassed guys. Just finished a class of 4capt/3fo when I say 4 Capt they are trained and hired as captains, but we tell them it may be 6-12 months before we move them over. Not trying to over promise. It just may be that long. However, we have 11 aircraft and 52 pilots with more airplanes on way. You do the math.
