I'm sure all of the wholly owneds are good companies, but PSA seems to exaggerate the truth more than the other two, IMHO. I have too many friends who were burned by PSA promises. I think a lot of people are starting to realize that you really have to do your homework. Kudos to Piedmont, at least, for being picky and not just trying to pad their numbers with everyone who walks through the door.
I think that all regionals are guilty of making wildly deceptive promises.

Right now, PSA is interviewing about 60% of candidates that are technically qualified (on paper at least), and not everyone that interviews gets a job offer. With an interview group of 20, we are offering about 15 pilots a class date. We are probably not as selective as PDT right now, but we are much more selective than many other companies.

AAG has basic standards that all WO pilots must meet.

If you are a lateral transfer, PDT is a great option right now. You can upgrade quickly on the jet. I am curious what the long term plan is for fleet at PDT. Are the 145's just a 1 for 1 trade out with the Dash, or will there be real fleet growth?
