I talked to ALPA about the raise if it passes. They said non PEA pilots are included. That would be awkward if the post 2014 pilots didn't get it.
That's not my question. Of course they will get the raise. My question is, will they also get the chance to sign the 2013 PEA like the guys who are still on the 2011 PEA (or whichever they are on)?
