Go ahead and apply for Palace Chase. I just had mine approved 3 months ago BUT I only shaved 6.5 months off my ADSC. A T-1 dude here at Columbus had his Palace Chase turned down 3 months ago but he tried to shave 22 months of his ADSC. He is going to reapply in about 2 more months. If you apply and it is turned down there is nothing stopping you from reapplying over and over and over. Some clerk at AFPC may just stamp it "Approved," you never know. I wish you luck.
