You can definitely make more than guarantee. It all depends how you are scheduled. There are plenty of over guarantee lines on the 400. I have been over guarantee a few times this year on the Classic.

Strong possibility of being furloughed? Please explain. I could see that only if the merger would go through as ACMI and charter are a VERY fluid dynamic. Having said that, our CEO has stated that the ACMI fleet has been sold out for 2008 and 2009. Atlas was going to furlough until the Military stuff picked up at a time when it wasn't supposed to. Hence, they ended up hiring I think fifty. But I'll let the Atlas gang answer that one. Standstead base is a possibility but we are farrrrrrrr from going onto the merger. If you are Standstead based ask the Atlas gang about the LOA they just signed to get to and from Europe. I don't know that much about it but from what I understand at was a really good win for them (congrats).

Reserve lines at Polar are sometimes better than the regular lines. You have to have a block of 16 days on reserve and some of the hard lines are "scattered" with trips. Reserve days on can not be mixed with flying days. So no more of flying a day then sitting a day then flying . . . you get the idea. Oh yeah, when you sit reserve in the base they provide the hotel. The downside of that is no perdiem and they tax the hotel. But with the right tax guy/gal that can be taken care of at the end of the year.
Tax the hotel...can you explain how that works? Thanks.
