Commuting home on JetBlue, this lady behind me was mad because at the gate next to our, some people were denied boarding because they had already closed the door. (Really they had 5 mins to spare, the agent just was ready to close) Well the lady on my flight decided to take it out on the FA. She complained that the plane was too cold and her last flight was as cold. She asked the FA if they carried blankets, and he said, I'm sorry we do not carry blankets. She got a little irate, and said, "You're not sorry!" then something about this is the worst airline. With my jaw on the ground, I see the FA just had this look on his face like he wanted to punch her. But he just walked away. I woulda punched her too, but I was in uniform, and didn't think that would go over well. When the FO came on with the greeting, he asked who was on JetBlue for the first time. She yelled out "and also my last!"

I know pax have a right to complain, and they probobly should have let those others on the plane, as they waited awhile for pushback (it was JFK of course) but don't have to be rude about it.
