You don't see JB going to the gas station and saying, "You know.....we need to maintain our cost advantage so we can only pay $.30/gallon for jet fuel."

I wish JB pilots would stop acting like battered wives and realize what we're worth. The price of poker has gone up significantly over the last 6-9 months....don't accept anything less than our full value.
Building on the same point. The price to pay a 737/A320 is very different (or should be) than the price to fly an A321. The 321 holds more people than a 757 and we should get similar rates. For the sake of the Jr. guys, I think we should have a blended rate, so for each A321 added to the fleet, our net pay increases. That way, Jr. Guys like myself, can still get the mint flights.
