The fact is we're in the middle of negotiating a new CBA.
Nothing more nothing less.
It's clear some on this board have never been through the process.
It's not a pleasant process, it's enduring, requires patience and solidarity.
This is a great pilot group with great things on the horizon, including a new CBA.
Well for starters, it's you're, not your. And it's confident, not confidant. And I'm not the one belittling people for turning down class dates at Frontier, you are. And I have class dates with two other, more respected and better paying airlines, so I am leaving. I'll miss the people here, but not the Frontier way of doing business. Until management sees classes go unfilled and people leaving, nothing will change, until about 4 years from now when it's 11:59 pm on day 29 of self help.
