PBS and payroll are and have always been completely different things. Plus, you'll get your chance to vote on PBS and other contractual gains after the trial period. We are probably the only pilot group that gets to test run a CBA that includes more days off across the board, better line construction (you can thank the Union for that too), and an industry leading min pay day in the of ALPA. The only negative is you have to use a computer program to bid instead of paper and if you don't like it, you can vote no in a few months. I don't understand at all what you are complaining about.
