When they resume interviewing, having the type rating would most likely be a requirement to get called for an interview.
Under the current plan, there are enough people in the pool to meet all of next year’s requirements.
Equate that to mean that anyone on the most recent DB and Sept's DB can probably expect a class date in FALL/WINTER of '08, as opposed to the 6-9 months that was put out at interviews and phone calls.
