Is this a serious question? No Frontier Pilot has ever left for a regional, that should tell you all you need to know. Things will get worse before they get better but even at its worse it's better than a regional. If you are close to getting TPIC it might be worth it to collect some of that before leaving, if not go and don't look back. Regional TPIC is much better on the resume vs Airbus SIC time if you were wondering.
