I don't think there has been all that much attrition, really. Maybe a slow, but steady trickle leaving for the big 3.

Our new contract should be signed in 2017, according to my new lanyard.

And yes, I believe we will need a new contract to fuel the growth they have planned. Double the fleet in 5 years will require a lot of hiring. They just won't give up a new contract until they must
