was legitimate question its just that if the current contract is of course not ideal then im asking why did a bunch of people move over and are now leaving? if it was just for the type and jump ok i can get understand that no problem.. also when is the new contract coming? i mean in all logic with all new airframes coming etc the management cant possibly think that they are not going to have to make amends with a decent contract.
Many left regionals that were shrinking or had unsure futures, I was one of them. I had no chance of upgrading at my previous regional in less than 8-10 years. I'll most likely upgrade at F9 before I would've at my regional. It was a no brainer for me. Working here is a lot better than my regional in most ways. It's not a question of when we'll get a contract, it's when. If one of the legacies calls in the meantime, I'm out of here-a sentiment shared by most FOs at F9 that have less than 3-5 years of seniority
