Why do you think every state has DWI and DUI laws with zero tolerance? I'm afraid you don't realize how serious this matter is.
No, I'm afraid I understand exactly how serious this mater is. The system worked. He was not permitted to work. And hopefully he can get the help he needs. Just as someone who received a dui. They lose their license, possibly their job, and not to mention a whole host of financial and personal problems. But after some hard work they can correct all that and become a better person. You make it sound like he should never be given another chance?
