I've hired a labor relations lawyer to review the contract and will act according. If it's deemed a legal and binding contract, I will follow the terms and relief stipulated in the pilot contract; give 45 days notice and pay, period! I've done the math...a pilot is better off leaving early and paying vs staying with the very low pay. This applies to low time FO's only.
