PSA Pros (similar to everyone else's):

1) SAP (schedule adjustment period). I can work as much or as little as I'd like. I can have off whatever days I want. Want to work 20 days and credit 110 hours? Go for it. Want to work 12 days and credit 70 hours? Done. Want the holidays off? You got it. Want overnights in your hometown so you can sleep in your own bed? No problem. By far the single best thing about PSA.

2) Travel Benefits. We have the same travel bennies as mainline. Some pilots could care less but for those who enjoy traveling with their family this is huge. I've taken 4 vacations in the last 2 months thanks to the travel benefits and our SAP.

3) Being a wholly owned regional and all that entails. Flow to mainline American that generates consistent movement off the top of the seniority list every month. Industry leading pay. Bonuses. Profit sharing. Decent healthcare. Etc... It's not bad at all.

4) We still have A LOT of growth left. 30+ more 700s that AAG is transferring from Envoy, plus the possibility of another 12 CRJ900s. A new hub base soon. I've enjoyed great quality of life since I've worked here and anyone hired in the next few months certainly will too.

PSA Cons:

1) The schedules have been inefficient in the past, but the last few months have become much better. I don't have a single 4 day in November worth less than 20 hours.

2) Still waiting on the results of the critical pay arbitration.

3) Still waiting on AQP.
