This. Why give in on PBS when the company knows they cannot lower pay and still recruit/retain pilots?
We got an email the other day form our union telling us that they formed a committee to study PBS. They claimed in that same email that they formed said committee due to requests from pilots.......Riiiiiiight.
The company wants it. If the company wants it the pilots DO NOT WANT IT. I can guarantee that with 100% certainty.
