As a new hire to PSA this concerns me a bit as I detest micro-management. I do my job per the regulations and SOPs with respect and professionalism. I would hope that this issue of babysitting isn't systemic across the entire pilot group. I've always believed in not making the boss's phone ring so he doesn't have to ring mine.
