Normally, I'd say go to college and enjoy it. But if you're dead set on the airlines, get in as quick as you can. The retirements at the majors start to trail off after 2025.
It might be a lot of work, but getting your ratings, 1500 hours, and a regional job, while doing part time online school could be the quickest way to a major.
