If you have never done a TMAAT type interview format, it might be worth signing up for aviationinterviews.com to get the list of potential questions that will be asked. Basically, you just need to be able to share your background. The interview is no technical other than a couple of basic questions during the sim eval. The sim eval is checking basic IFR skills in an MD80 FTD.

A very large percentage of people that get the video and/or phone interview get the invite for the in person interview, and a very large percentage of the in person interviewees get the job offer.
