It's all about the work rules and pairings. Why do you think the last LOA tried to spin the "we control the pairings", to lead you to believe that you controlled most of the process. Don't focus on the software or who controls it, focused on what drives the software and those that operate it. Work rules are the single most important aspect affecting PBS if ever implemented at ENY.
I get that, I'm just saying the coding on the software was crap.
As far as work rules, we won't get any. The union will get some little nugget, then say we need to take this now and fix rules later, only to never get good rules.
