The information on the company benefits site states that the HRA cannot be used for prescriptions and prescription premiums do not count towards the deductible, but they do count towards the out of pocket max. Strange that the two sources would conflict that significantly however not that surprising considering who we work for.
You are correct I saw the note on the company website. I will try to get to the bottom of this. However even if you have a super expensive prescription, it still counts toward max out of pocket, in which case you will still spend less than the A or B plan.
