I usually only do about 200hrs of block a year. I get a "normal" annual salary but not always a level paycheck month to month. Here's a little braggadocio (my new favorite word.) Recently went 52 days with 0 block and normal pay all with perfectly legit use of the PWA. QOL baby! If you got it you can always hold out for premium pay... or not.
My favorite movie line is applicable if this passes and we get retro...
