It actually depends on if you do a circling approach to min on the check ride. I don't see the dash program changing right now.. who knows how long the revision to the training program would take.. the jet didnt have the circle to land to mins since it's assumed an rnav approach would be done.
Anyone with a circle to land restriction on their atp can have it removed with a quick check ride in a light twin with an faa examiner. 1 approach.. 20 minutes with foggles..
