No I totally agree with you. The guy I was quoting was making it sound like planesense was doing something abnormal by having Jet F/O's making more than prop captains, when that's how it is a lot of places in the industry. It's my understanding that the jet F/O'S are all PC-12 captains so lowering their pay doesn't make any sense.
