Jetblue and Southwest are so different it's like comparing Fedex to Carnival Cruises. JB showing signs of poor management and the 5 year pilot contract doesn't make them look much better. If it wasn't for the fact that no body is hiring and people need every break they can get, I don't think anybody would want to fly for JB. 100k for flying an A320? No way. Go with Southwest or even Airtran.
