Is it really though? Nowadays regionals have faster upgrade and more compensation respectively depending on which one than F9. AND they pay for your hotel. And they offer a flow or interview with a legacy. I hear the QOL may be better and the A320 is cool but there are some serious reservations about going to F9 nowadays. Feel free to not apply to Frontier. I'll just point out how quickly things can change. I promise the day we get a new contract, people will be dying to get out of their regional job for Frontier. You can think big picture, and think beyond today. You will make way more money at Frontier in the long run than at your regional. Choice is yours.
