Let's say for the sake of argument we're going to end up with 30%. What's the difference whether we get 8 now and 22 later or all 30 at once? My ability to invest and garner a return on that 8% now that's what. Am I missing something here? What's wrong with an appetizer before hitting the buffet? Either way we're full.
