(B.) Where did they come from? I'm told that existing 200s came from Iberia (or subsidiaries) and 900s came from Lufthansa (subsidiary).

Great Lakes' code-share map still lists Branson and Houston as destinations (map dated Nov 2nd), but the timetable list both cities as 'Discontinued.' What happened?
