The rumor is this one is going to get handed down to all DCI carriers. I have yet to see it here at CHQ...but it wouldn't surprise me. FWIW, ASA/SKW also are now bumped down to S3C (I believe you were formally just S3) which is on par with what we list under at RAH. I have no idea if you guys can still utilize S2's or not. Also I didn't see anything about buddy passes on mainline...I know ASA gets (got) them.
