I’ve been through the training department around that time frame. I thought it was adequate. Good instructors and nice/new facilities. In fact, I think we get twice as many sim sessions as Spirit. So, we are 2 times better than the absolute minimum!
Someone outside of the training department jacked up a few guys training schedules. Having the Financial Planning dept. schedule training is a new one! I would like to see how much money that really saves.
